Booking process
You can book a motorcycle or an event online via our homepage.
Payment
Payment is made online when booking by credit card or Paypal. In special cases, payment can also be made by bank transfer or on site (cash/ credit card) on request.
The deposit must be paid by the day before the start of the rental, unless payment is made on-site before the motorcycle delivery.
Testride & Rental
You don't have your own motorcycle clothing with you? Helmets, jackets and gloves in various sizes can be rented on site. Accessories such as navigation systems or luggage systems can be booked online as an option.
To rent a motorcycle, a valid driving license for the relevant driving category (at least one year old) and a valid identity card must be presented when the motorcycle is handed over. Customers who have a driving license from outside the EU are required to present an international driving license.
The rental price includes 250km of free mileage per day.
Each additional kilometer is calculated with a surcharge of €0.65/km (excl. 22% VAT). The amount will be deducted directly from the deposit if paid by credit card or Paypal. If the deposit was paid in cash on-site, the price adjustment will be requested with payment upon return of the motorcycle.
The deductible in case of vehicle damage is €2000.00 (excl. VAT 22%). It is possible to conclude additional rental vehicle insurance to reduce or cancel the deductible. Contact us for more information on additional insurance.

From this year, we are an official and certified partner of BMW, as well as being the only Test Ride center in Italy. This allows us to rent the same motorcycle to our customers for a maximum of 72 hours. The 72-hour limit will allow you to try out different motorcycles, always with us at Riding Experience Alto Adige as your reference point.
No, unfortunately, it's not possible to rent a motorcycle with a learner's permit.
Training & Tour
Each participant will be informed of the exact details and important information by e-mail approximately two weeks before the date of the event.
Protective motorcycle equipment is required for participation in a training course and a tour. Please bring motorcycle clothing consisting of a jacket, trousers, helmet, boots and gloves. If you do not have full motorcycle clothing, individual items can be rented on site.
Riding Experience Alto Adige selects the tour dates offered in such a way that the weather conditions for a motorcycle training/tour are as favorable as possible according to long-term statistical climate values. If the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place, all participants will be informed at short notice and an alternative date will be sought.
